Cleveland Attacking Pothole Epidemic

(Cleveland)- Cleveland City Council members are echoing their residents' frustrations with the city's potholes.

Council members called it an "epidemic" at last night's meeting, demanding the city use part of its rainy-day fund to get side streets fixed fast.

City crews fill main roads first, leaving craters on residential streets for weeks and months.

Council did approve issuing 21-million-dollars in bonds to fund road improvements, citywide.
