(Cleveland) - Ralph and Rafael Torres were arraigned in one of two heroin related deaths that occurred in Cleveland last week.
Also appearing via video from the Cuyahoga County Jail was recently arrested third defendant Angel David.
All are accused of involuntary manslaughter in the death Christopher Vance, and are dealing with drug trafficking counts as well.
Investigators are seeking indictments from a Cuyahoga County grand jury, and say more arrests are possible.
None of the three suspects spoke, leaving their public defender to do all the talking, including requesting a low bond, and preliminary hearings on the same day.
Judge John Sutula set bond at $500,000 for each defendant, and set their next court appearance for March 17th. He also assigned attorneys for all three.

Police believe at least one of the packets the suspects were supposedly selling may have caused at least one fatal overdose, the one that killed Vance. Police say they may also be responsible for several near overdoses on Cleveland's near west side.

Ralph and Rafael are believed to be father and son, but police are not sure because both have refused to answer any questions.
